Competence
meets quality

Michael Andreas Heilig
CEO
It was and is important to me to sell a premium product that meets my personal high standards. I also wanted to create something sustainable for my children and the generations after me.
Born in 1975 in Mannheim, Germany, I graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen in 1998 with a degree in business informatics. After a few years in the private sector in the field of risk analysis and quality management, I ended up in the sales department of a renowned Mannheim-based company.
During one of my trips to South East Asia, I met my future wife and emigrated to the Philippines in 2008. There I started to build up the internal sales department at SunPower Philippines Manufacturing Limited until I was asked to return to Germany in 2011 at the request of SunPower GmbH. This fitted in well with my plans, as I wanted to raise my then 1,2 and 4-year-old children in Germany.
After working for SunPower GmbH in Germany for six months, my area of responsibility expanded to include sales in Switzerland and Austria and grew to include support for Eastern Europe up to and including Pakistan (EMEA) by 2022.
In 2022, I received an exciting offer to become Managing Director of SwissWatt One AG in Switzerland. As I had been supporting the investors behind the newly founded SwissWatt One AG for more than 10 years as a SunPower employee, the decision was quickly made. As the longest-serving employee at SunPower Europe, I accepted a new challenge after almost 15 years with the company and have now been working in Switzerland as Managing Director of SwissWatt One AG since February 2023. Looking back, I am grateful for everything I was able to learn at SunPower and for all my lovely colleagues, who were and still are an excellent team.
My personal highlight:
When I ran the global cell business for SunPower, I had the unique opportunity to also sell the SunPower cell to SpaceX, which was used for their Falcon 9 spacecraft on the Dragon mission to the ISS in 2012.

Jens Dieter Hauswirth
COO
The customer should always be at the center of every company, because it is the customer who keeps a company running. A long-term partnership only works if you treat your customers with mutual trust and transparency.
Born in 1982, grew up in the Palatinate. After successfully completing my degree in business informatics at the University of Mannheim in 2006, I worked in insurance (controlling) for 4 years.
Due to my desire to travel, I ended up in the Philippines in 2010, where I was offered a position by Sunpower Philippines Manufacturing Limited to further develop the internal sales team for EMEA.
I found the dovetailing of the local office staff with the individual sales units in Europe and the Middle East particularly exciting.
After completing the project, I continued my career in the Philippines as Operations Manager for a global IT systems provider.
In 2017, I moved back to Germany to manage the operational business of a global personnel service provider.
In 2023, I was asked by Michael, with whom I had worked at SunPower in the Philippines, whether I would like to take on the role of COO at SwissWatt One AG, which I gladly accepted.
The switch back to the solar industry was partly due to the current global boom, which I am convinced will continue in the coming years. As well as the opportunity to play an active role in climate protection.

Stefano Amato
Sales Director EMEA
The aim is not only to sell our premium product, but also to focus on customer service. A commitment to business partners that unfortunately seems to be slipping more and more into the background these days.
Born and raised in 1983 in beautiful northern Hesse, I completed a commercial apprenticeship in the logistics department of Swiss Post and worked there in various positions until 2007.
In 2007, I received an exciting offer in Asia. This was an opportunity for me to gain experience abroad in my younger years.
I moved into the solar industry in 2010 when I joined SunPower Philippines as team leader for field sales support in Germany.
After the end of the solar boom in 2012, I switched back to logistics, remaining in Asia. In 2023, I was contacted by Michael, with whom I had already worked at Sunpower Philippines. Michael asked me to join SwissWatt One AG as Sales Director EMEA. So after 16 years in Asia, I finally returned to Europe and Switzerland.
Building up the SwissWatt One AG sales network in Europe and actively promoting the expansion of renewable energies. I see it as my responsibility to do something to protect the environment and the climate, especially for my children and future generations.

Vision & Mission of Swiss Watt One AG

"We strive to create a world where everyone has access to clean and sustainable energy to create a better future for us and all our children."

"SwissWatt One AG aims to revolutionize the world's energy supply by providing the most efficient and robust solar technology for homes and businesses."

This is what the Swiss Watt One AG
Due to the geographical location of Switzerland and the high quality standards of the Swiss, it was only a matter of time before a high alpine Swiss module had to be launched on the market.
The demand for a powerful and robust module in Switzerland increased ever more rapidly in 2017 / 2018, which led to the idea of a separate module - from Switzerland for Switzerland.
Based on the then still young but promising TopCon technology paired with a special frame, the starting point for the DAVOS module was born.
The production of these modules was reserved exclusively for a small circle of installers who marketed and installed these modules under their own name.
As interest in these Swiss solar panels also grew outside Switzerland, the course was set for large-scale marketing. This was the birth of SwissWatt One AG in 2022.
Rising demand then required production to be relocated to China in compliance with the Swiss product and quality standards.
In this way, SWO achieves two things:
An affordable production with fair prices
Ensuring Swiss quality standards by involving the most renowned Swiss test centers: SUPSI and OST.
